Nursery Preparation

We can help create the perfect nursery for your needs that is as functional as it is charming. We assemble whatever you want to put in baby’s space; Changing Stations, Breastfeeding Stations, Cribs, Snoos, and more.

Appointment Tracking

Need a little extra organization or support? Let us keep track of your appointments for you. Whether it’s prenatal care appointments, childbirth education, or something else you can count on us to keep you on track. We’ll also check-in after appointments to make sure everything went well.

Birth Preparation

Prepare your body and mind for birth with techniques to manage stress and light movement to encourage beneficial changes within your body that will help your body adjust to carrying baby.

You can choose between 15, 30, or 60 minutes of stretching and gentle movement.

Birth Plan Creation

Creating a list of birth preferences will ensure that you are aware of all of your options so that you can make informed decisions based on up-to-date, unbiased information. Taking this step will help ease your mind, allowing you to focus solely on you and baby when it’s time to give birth.

Partner Preparation

Our Birth Planning Visits focus on building your birth team and your partner is one of the the most important members. During the visit we’ll teach your partner ways that they can advocate for you during birth to take unnecessary stress off of your plate. We’ll also go over comfort measures that your partner can take to help ease your discomfort.

Baby Education Courses

While we do not offer any childbirth or baby preparation courses at this time, we are able to refer you to courses we have found to be the most beneficial. You can also ask about our lending library or resource list if you are looking for more information.
